**The Opportunity**
The Human Resources Centres of Expertise are Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Reward and Engagement; they develop and deliver strategies across Jaguar Land Rover to improve organisational capability and the employee experience
This role sits in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and will be responsible for continuous improvement and project related activities, along with ensuring the successful delivery of IR35 & contingent agency recruitment.
You will take day to day ownership for JLR’s compliance with IR35 by providing effective project management, high quality stakeholder engagement and monitoring of outcomes. You will offer specialist support and advise in relation to IR35 and facilitate the annual cycle of activities that ensure Jaguar Land Rover remain compliant with all requirements.
You’ll also be responsible for supporting the management of our Managed Service Provider agreement for the sourcing, management and payment of salaried agency workers. You will be the day to day contact point for the team and for queries relating to the service provision.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Work on the deployment of Talent Acquisition approaches and tools
- Support the development, testing and deployment of updates to recruitment processes and technology solutions
- Work with HR teams and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and develop & deploy solutions
- Promote effective practices through collaboration with the wider HR community to upskill across the organisation
- Complete tasks relating to Talent Acquisition or HR projects as assigned by utilising project management techniques to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes
- Manage the annual IR35 project plan. This will involve stakeholder reporting and monitoring the programme’s progress.
- Advise HR and Business on IR35 related policy and process
- Liaise closely with Tax and Legal on the statutory requirements of IR35 for Jaguar Land Rover and report to Jaguar Land Rover Internal Audit as required
- Handle day to day operational queries relating to contingent agency recruitment
- Support the project management of initiatives that are cross functionally dependent, such as an upgrade to or replacement of the CRM platform or datacentre
- Support operational recruitment activities delivered by the CoE team eg. reporting, policy briefings
- Support audit / compliance checking of the recruitment teams / suppliers
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
**Essential**:
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
- Experience of working with and supporting external suppliers
- Previous experience of continuous improvement activities
- Previous experience of Project Management using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
- Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work collaboratively as well as independently (with mínimal direction), problem solve while maintaining flexibility and meeting timelines
- Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to senior stakeholders
