**We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Director of Lettings to help run our independent lettings business. The Associate Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lettings business.**

Some lettings experience is essential to enable you to thrive in this role, day-to-day support will be provided as you work alongside the directors to provide great service and grow the business. Ongoing training for professional development will be provided.

**Duties and responsibilities to include**:

- Managing the calendar.
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant, overseeing the the booking of compliance visits and taking actions after reviewing reports.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance.
- Managing contractors.
- Keeping landlords and tenants fully informed at relevant times.
- Overseeing property visits and reporting back to the landlords.
- Taking on new business.
- Arranging new lets including tenant referencing, contracts and move-in paperwork.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
- Assisting with marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.
- Creating new marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, etc.
- Working with the Directors to develop and implement new office policies.
- Working with the Associate Director of Sales to ensure opportunities for promoting the lettings service are maximised.

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Experience of working in lettings.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work well under pressure.

You will be required to work from our offices in Dorchester or Portland, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays. You should have a full driving licence and access to you own car for business use - a mileage allowance will be paid.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
