**The role & what you take care of**:
We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity to join our Customer and Community Support Team as a Home Moves Assistant. You will be providing administration support for our lettings team, assisting our customers or representatives end their tenancies and marketing our empty homes on choice-based letting sites. We are seeking a customer focused, highly motivated and approachable team member, who can build a great rapport with our customers and team, establish their needs, and give them the best experience at the right time, first time. You will be part of a talented team where our people are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience and are highly motivated to contribute to our success. You will take care of:
- Maintaining accurate electronic records, ensuring customer data is consistently updated and 100% accurate.
- Manage our garage waiting list, process requests to terminate garage licenses, and oversee the lettings process.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Exceptional customer service skills, including experience working with vulnerable customers.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, combined with a keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
- The ability to prioritise and manage workloads, while meeting targets.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
