**Key duties for the Wealth Management Administrator**:

- Supporting a small team of Independent Financial Advisors with daily tasks to support clients
- Working with new and existing business to process relevant documentation
- Keeping files continually updated in accordance with FCA guidance
- Looking after the activity associated with work, keeping all stakeholders continually updated
- Preparing all financial services related correspondence
- Keeping the CRM system updated, ensuring KYC information is accurately maintained
- Invoicing and maintaining client files effectively, being aware of any possible compliance or risk issues

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of working within a similar role within Financial Services or Wealth Management
- Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Really strong communication skills, able to build relationships with ease
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- A conscientious approach to your work, keen to make a valuable contribution with your input
- Highly organised
