Fintelligent is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Development Executive in Hale, and the role comes with a salary of up to £30,000 p/a and an uncapped commission.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be required to liaise with property managers for new build properties and negotiate a fibre-optic broadband package for their residential or commercial properties. You will also play a vital role in securingnew relationships with Property Management partners.

In your first few weeks in this Business Development Executive role, you can expect to:

- Maintain existing relationships with Property Management partners
- Build relationships with prospective clients and arrange meetings
- Liaise with Managing/letting agents to identify tenancy trends and occupancy profiles
- Gain an understanding of site marketing requirements to maximise uptake success
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B / B2C sales, property management or business development
- Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing demonstrating sales success
- Rapport-building skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- CRM experience is preferred but not essential
