**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for a** Partnership Administrator** to** **join our External Investment team. You’ll provide a top-notch administration service across the team and other business streams, to ensure we deliver service excellence to our customers.

Working in our Customer Services directorate, you’ll be part of a high performing project team. We act in the role of the client to deliver a large programme of major investment works across our housing stock.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You’ll be the pillar of our team, responsible for general administration and correspondence. This includes arranging meetings, taking minutes in a technical / construction setting, maintaining records (hard copy and electronic) and filing items such as compliance and completion certificates.
- Responding to enquiries (telephone and face-to-face) from a range of different contacts (customers, contractors and colleagues across Thirteen) and assisting with customer events.
- Supporting our team of Partnership Project Managers and Co-ordinators by collating and preparing reports and management information, including a variety of statistical information.
- Raising purchase orders, processing mail merges and issuing letters. You’ll also input data and maintain our team’s databases and spreadsheets.

**About You**:

- Excellent customer service skills in a front-line role (face to face or telephone).
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written, including influencing and negotiating skills.
- Can build relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels, along with external stakeholders and customers.
- A team player who can assist in the development of a customer driven service and ensure continuous improvement. Confident in a variety of general administration tasks and able to proactively manage your workload.**Why Thirteen Group?**
