We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Child Development Partnership Manager at Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in supporting the development of voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for partnership working, and developing innovative projects to improve outcomes for children.

The role will involve working closely with our Board of Directors and schools to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the work of the Trust through identification and facilitation of projects.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of organisation development, ideally with experience in partnership and networking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools, local authorities, and other community groups
  • Identify opportunities for partnership working and develop innovative projects to improve outcomes for children
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and schools to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance the work of the Trust through identification and facilitation of projects

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of organisation development, ideally with experience in partnership and networking
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Passion for promoting the welfare of children and young people

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
