Job Overview

Middlesbrough Co-operative Learning Trust is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Trust Partnership and Development Officer.

This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 on-call days.

The initial contract duration is one year, with a fixed-term agreement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and Schools to develop innovative partnerships and foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.

To enhance the growth and development of the Trust, you will identify and facilitate projects that improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the organization.

  • Strong organizational development knowledge, preferably with partnership and networking experience.

The Trust prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

As a condition of employment, the appointed individual must obtain an enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and undergo other recruitment checks.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000.
