**Summary**

A member of the Packaging and Components team to deliver an internal sales role to ensure fanatical customer service with a pro-active Sales responsibility, internally and externally to drive the packaging products and to help launch the new Trading Products within the Bewi group together with customer account management, in a defined area as and when required.

This is a critical role within the UK team and will be involved across all levels of the business to ensure we meet our objectives. Exciting responsibility which you can make your own. Fully empowered to make decisions and additional sales /product training will be given.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required).
- Internal Sales and external sales accountability
- Customer service responsibility.
- All aspects of communication to our customer base, Sales, Logistics and working with the manufacturing/ Production teams
- Pro Active Tele Sales Selling
- Reporting on all Sales / Customer activity
- External Customer Visits where applicable
- Setting objectives for Trading Products Sales together with company profile and awareness
- Ensure excellent internal relations and efficient customer relationships.
- Marketing input
- NPD
- Project management

- Maintain a high level of technical understanding and keeping abreast of Technology, Process, Equipment and Industry changes, and trends.
- Embrace all company values, policies, procedures and business ethics codes and demonstrate them within all daily activity.
- Communicate at all levels within the business to ensure the customers’ expectations are exceeded in all that we do.
- Plan, prioritise and self-manage daily activity to be as efficient and effective as possible within this role.
- Office based role at the Aberdeen manufacturing location

**Person Specification**
- The individual must have the right of residence and to work in the UK. They should be located within a reasonable commuting distance to the Aberdeen site
- Sales Experience and Tele sales experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to be both hands on and a leader at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills with a can do attitude.
- Professional, friendly, and resourceful approach and strength of character.
- Good analytical skills with experience of logical decision making.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to clearly recommend action and communicate effectively to senior management.
- A true Team Player.
- Initiative led, driven and motivated, with a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A career track record of employment within a similar business to ours and which shows loyalty and progression would be preferred

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
