Due to new contracts we are currently looking to recruit a motivated and organised individual who has a background in the Health & Social care sector

Health and Social Care Roles 15-37.5 hours per week

Location Brecon-South Powys and Newtown North Powys

Please note this is a post that will require Travel and attendance of HQ in Powys

**Salary**:
£23,500 - £28,000 pro rata dependent on skills, qualifications & experience-Qualified Assessor

**Base**: Bethany Training Services.Newtown Powys ,SY16 1DZ

**Geographical area**: Powys

**What are the core responsibilities of this role?**
- Delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners
- Providing a quality learning experience and journey
- Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets

**What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?**

**Essential**
- Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care /Early Years sector, Minimum qualification Level 3 ,team leading/management experience. Minimum of three years experience.
- Literacy ,numeracy and digital skills minimum level 2
- Full driving license and use of own vehicle
- Experience of working within Work Based Learning and to Award Body standards
- Assessor/teaching qualification or equivalent and assessing experience
- Welsh speaking desirable

Self-register with the Education Workforce Council as a Work-Based Learning Practitioner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
