**What are the core responsibilities of this role?**
- Delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners
- Providing a quality learning experience and journey
- Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets

**What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?**

**Essential**
- Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care /Early Years sector, Minimum qualification Level 3 ,team leading/management experience. Minimum of three years experience.
- Literacy ,numeracy and digital skills minimum level 2
- Willingness to work towards Assessor Award
- Full driving license and use of own vehicle

**Desirable**
- Experience of working within Work Based Learning and to Award Body standards
- Assessor/teaching qualification or equivalent and assessing experience
- Internal Quality Assurance qualification
- Welsh speaking

Self-register with the Education Workforce Council as a Work-Based Learning Practitioner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 22.5-37.5 per week

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
