We're seeking a skilled Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Functional Assessor, you'll play a vital role in helping the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) make informed decisions about health and care.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' functional capacity to identify their abilities and limitations.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and expertise to make recommendations that support the DWP's decision-making process.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • One year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Fully registered with the relevant professional body, with a valid PIN.

  • A valid driving licence or access to reliable transport to the nearest assessment centre.
