About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the health and well-being of individuals, providing accurate and comprehensive reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to gather information about their health and well-being.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and expertise to make informed recommendations and reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
  • One year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Fully registered with NMC, HCPC, or relevant body with a valid PIN.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Valid driving licence or transport to the nearest assessment centre.
  • Successful completion of government baseline personnel security vetting.

Work Arrangements
  • Contracted 37.5 hours per week with flexible patterns between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Typically, 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm, with an unpaid lunch hour.
  • Minimum 4 weeks' notice for rota changes.
