The purpose of this team is to provide support to frontline social work staff within East. We work with practice staff to enable them to focus their time with Children and Families. The roles support a range of administration functions including ordering of answering phones, Birth Certificates, Passports, supporting meetings, updating Eclipse administering case processes such as closures and producing genograms. We also provide personalised ad-hoc support to Social Workers where required.

**Who does the team support?**

The team support Children in Care, ASTI and Safeguarding Teams across the city.

Working Patterns: Mon - Thurs 8.45 to 17.45, Friday 8.45 to 16.45. Working after 5.15 M- T/4.15 Friday will be on a rota basis through the team.

**Operating Locations**:
Currently the bases are, NWC/East - New Aston House and South/ East - Lifford House.
