Salary = £28,000 per annum
Hours = 36 hour working week - Mon-Fri 9-5pm
Hybrid working = Monday and Friday - work from home, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office
Office location = Near to Birmingham airport

The main purpose of this role is to join the team of 3 in the Business System team and provide support and data management for the Sales & Customer Support department.

**Duties include**:

- Facilitate the Sales & Customer Support sales process by compiling, validating and uploading data into CRM System and provide in depth support to the wider Sales & Customer Support team.
- Produce management information on a regular basis to assist with decision making
- Responsible for general maintenance and ongoing development of core systems used by department
- Aid the sales process with data compiling
- Keeping training material updated
- Coordinate implementation activities for any new processes
- Must be a confident MS Excel user and have this evidence on your CV
- Must be based a commutable distance from Birmingham Airport
- Strong attention to detail and evidence on your CV - So please no spelling mistakes
- Confident with producing management information
- Can demonstrate excellent customer care
- Must have a minimum of 12 months UK based working experience
