**Your Opportunity**:
**GTM Channel Partner Operations / Programs Associate**
- Manage Support cases for from Channel Partners and Distributors
- Support Channel Managers in (APAC, LATAM, North America/Public Sector and EMEA) with operational items
- Single point of contact to own and manage operational queries that may span multiple business groups internally
- Optimize onboarding experience for new partners. (How to sign into the portal, finding training, how to contact your disti etc)
- Report on metrics of the business, document processes and determine areas for improvement.
- Proactively support Gold / Platinum partners to inform CAM of needed certs and revenue prior to compliance period.
- Collect continuous feedback from CAMs / Disti’s on operational improvements / ease of doing business. Regular cadence with Theater Channel Leaders.
- Responsible for Partner account hygiene and maintenance across all systems
- Provide program support to Partners
- Support Distribution with Distribution portal / enhancement requests / training
- Support CAM’s with Tableau Channel Dashboards enhancements
- Help manage Opportunity Registration extension process and follow up on paused registrations

**MSSP Support**:

- Help manage case queue
- Partner Status leveling (global partners)
- Partner parent accounts management
- Community support
- Select partners - quarterly enablement report
- Manage over usage of licenses

**AWS Support**:

- Support AWS process and operations

**High Velocity**:

- Support Bi-weekly data to tenable distribution partners
- Support the weekly forecast

**What You'll Need**:

- 3+ years experience supporting a channel environment
- Strong data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of Tableau and SFDC
- Sense of urgency, strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
- Be able to work with external parties
- Resellers / Distribution
- Must be comfortable presenting both internally and to external partners
