Title: Medical Operations Associate

Duration: 6 months

Location: 50% in Uxbridge/50% based at home

Contract Type: Umbrella

Our client is currently looking for a Medical Operations Associate for the Medical Affairs team to support a large variety of tasks and projects including compassionate supply, medical education, process and operational enhancements and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the management of the BMS UK&I compassionate supply programs [including Individual Patient Supply Requests (IPSR)]
- Support the management of the UK&I compassionate supply programs [including Individual Patient Supply Requests (IPSR)]
- Support the operational management for BMS Early Patient Access Schemes (EAMS).
- Participation as active member of the Medical Strategy, Operations and Governance team, including team meetings, and other activities as appropriate.
- Active member of the Medical Affairs community and cross-functional team. The individual should be ready to lend support and guidance to the business as required.
- Proactively being involved in the identification and implementation of new ideas and opportunities for efficiency, improvement, simplification and cost saving.
- Liaising with local and global functions to find operational efficiencies and process enhancements, and leading on the local change management process.
- Work as a an integral member of the Operations team to deliver on key Medical Affairs objectives, including but not limited to, patient safety, drug supply and metrics.
- Be highly organised with attention to detail
- Have the ability to train others
- Have confidence in using/learning new technologies

Awareness of ABPI Code of Practice principles ad a good working knowledge of the NHS and pharmaceutical industry is desirable although not essential.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20.00-£28.00 per hour
