Our client is a professional services firm in the City of London looking to recruit a permanent PA to support 4 of its Partners.

Salary on offer is £42,000 - £45,000 + a fantastic benefits package including Flexible Working (with 2 days working in their City office and 3 days working from home).

As a PA your duties will include:

- Diary management for the Partners, arranging meetings and video conference calls, booking meeting rooms, booking business breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations.
- Processing expenses
- Booking travel, organising trip itineraries and logistics
- E-mail management on behalf of Partners (if required)
- Screening phone calls in a professional and polite manner, taking accurate messages and following up on any agreed actions
- Liaising with clients and their Assistants building good working relationships
- Note taking at internal Partner meetings
- Assisting Partners with the Anti Money Laundering/AML process including delegating of tasks to Team Administrators within the department
- Raising bills and running reports
- Preparing and formatting documents, to include Letters of Engagement, reports, client accounts and various other company correspondence
- Collating and printing of agendas, presentations and meeting papers
- Production of PowerPoint presentations
- Proof-reading of all documents to ensure the delivery of work of the highest quality
- Working with the Marketing Team as required, to include helping produce tenders, credential sheets, events, pitches, etc.
- Involvement in committees relating to PA and administrative support/processes for the wider firm
- Coaching and mentoring the Team Administrators
- Proving cover for the firm's other PAs during times of annual leave or sickness
- Acting as First Line IT support for any basic IT queries raised by fee-earners
- PA or EA experience ideally within professional services or financial services and will have supported more than one individual
- Experience of managing busy diaries Inbox management experience
- Excellent organisational skills - the ability to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise work in a calm and efficient manner
- Strong time management skills - the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner with people at all levels within the business
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Good MS Office skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
