We are currently based in Tamworth whilst our Head Office in Atherstone gets a makeover, but the plan is to move back once the building is fully geared up to cope with our growth.

An opportunity for an experienced administrator has opened up within the Customer Interaction team and work across aldi.co.uk and aldi.ie merchandising Non-Food Specialbuy products.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and capable Customer Interaction Administrator with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and an interest in websites or product merchandising. The role will report into the Customer Interaction Manager and will efficiently support the Non-Food Specialbuy website team whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.

**Please note this role will be based at our Head Office in Atherstone**

**Your New Role**:

- You will be responsible for supporting the Non-Food Specialbuy website team, merchandising Non-Food specialbuy Items
- Work in an exciting fast-paced environment
- Be responsible for 1 in 3 weekly product go lives across two websites and apps
- Use multiple data sources to write copy and get products website and customer ready
- Support visual merchandising tasks
- Responsible for attributes/facets
- Feed into processes to build efficiencies within the product go live process
- Work closely with National Buying, marketing agencies and technical service providers

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive office administration experience
- Experience working with multiple data sources and flexible thinking
- Confident user of MS Office suite including advanced excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively but also be a supportive team member
- Be self-motivated.
- The Successful administrator will ideally have eCommerce/website/merchandising experience
- Copywriting skills would be advantageous

- Starting salary from £24,130 rising to £29,685
