**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the account manager to generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Answering incoming sale calls and provide customers with product and service information
- Monitor and respond to all incoming web/landing page enquiries in a timely manner
- Operate and maintaining a ‘best in class’ customer experience
- Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all customers
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner
- Support the account manager to achieve team objectives, such as sales campaigns, Forecasts, and track client account metrics
- Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with the team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions and seek to track and monitor
Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps updated on industry developments and internal updates.
