We are looking for an Administrator to work within the Banking and Controls Admin team at The AA. This will be working part time, 20 hours per week working 4 hours per day. You will need to be on-site in the Basingstoke office. Previous admin experience is required. This is a 6 month contract with possible extensions.

Job role:
You will work within the Banking and Controls Admin team providing a service to customers, both internal and external, suppliers and employees following set processes and procedures in support of all Finance Shared Services activities. You will be responsible for opening and sorting all department post, processing cheques that need banking and processing manual refund requests. You will also manage the team inbox and respond to queries in a professional manner.

What will I be doing?
- Process documentation on to the appropriate accounting/policy systems, ensuring proper authorisation in accordance with departmental guidelines and group risk control and audit requirements.
- The processing of manual refunds ensuring tight control and timeframes met.
- Receive, investigate and promptly resolve customer, supplier and employee queries providing advice and guidance as requested.

Location: Basingstoke

Rate: £11.25 per hour
