**Job Description**:
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a successful finance company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage correspondence from clients and customers, ensuring all contact is responded to and filed correctly
- Manage and maintain all client and customer data, including invoices, statements, and reconciliations.
- Running reports and updating spreadsheets
- Raising invoices
- General Administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- High standard of IT competency
- Proven Administration and credit control experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- A real team player

This position is working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00- 16:00 on Friday. Our client is located in Basing-view and is offering a starting salary between £20,000- £25,000 based on experience.
