Sales Administrator

We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small friendly team.

A highly organised and accomplished administrator with exceptional attention to detail, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and for the sales order process, from order receipt to invoicing and despatch to our UK and worldwide customer base.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Customer liaison & support
- Order Processing
- Liaison with Production & Warehouse
- Checking order & delivery schedules
- Invoicing
- Export paperwork
- Booking & liaising with shipping companies
- Customer data base and price book administration
- Generating weekly sales reports
- Supporting Accounts Manager with varied accounting functions
- General office duties

**Experience required**:
Minimum 5 years sales administration experience

Knowledge of Sage 50 or similar

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Excellent MS Office skills

Knowledge of export procedures

**Working Hours & Benefits**:
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30, one hour lunch.

**Holiday**: 25 days annual leave in addition to public holidays, rising to 28 days after 2 years’ service.

**Other**: Membership of our healthcare scheme, including dental and optical cover, after a qualifying period.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

- Basingstoke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
