Community Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work full-time within an Adults Community Mental Health Team based in Bolton.
The pay rate for this locum Community Mental Health Nurse role is £25-£26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
**Main duties**:
- As post holder of this role, you will manage a defined caseload of clients within the Community Mental Health Team with complex physical and mental health needs in the community, using evidence base/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement andevaluate interventions and record all interventions, and in line with relevant clinical pathway (functional or organic) as outlined within the CMHT operational Procedure.
**Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse**:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Previous experience working as a CPN
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
