**Job Introduction**:
The Global Philanthropy Partners (GPP) team at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) is responsible for securing private philanthropic capital and delivering the wider Business Development & Income agenda for the Institute. The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team to assist in the effective stewardship of the Institute’s global philanthropic relationships alongside a number of key stakeholder relationships. The last quarter of the year is a particularly busy time for the team due to a number of key events and engagement touchpoints, such as festival cards. This administrative role will be key to ensuring our donors and stakeholders remain engaged as active supporters of our work.

The postholder will be required to work 2 days per week during September and October and 3 days per week in November and December.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Development Associate with the festival card process
- Working with teams across the organisation to update stakeholder lists, ensuring the information recorded is up-to-date and correct
- Stakeholder research and cross referencing of data
- Ensuring CRM data integrity and effective segmentation and input
- Admin support on research, events and engagements as required

**Person Specification**:
The postholder will need an excellent eye for detail and the ability to review, analyse and cross-reference data for quality control. Experience of working with Microsoft dynamics or a similar customer relationship management platform would be an advantage. GDPR knowledge is also essential for the role.
