- Stakeholder Relations Officer- This post will join IWM’s small Stakeholder Relations team within the Communications and Stakeholder Relations Department, working to deliver IWM’s Stakeholder Strategy, which involves utilising IWM’s programme, collection and remit to engage stakeholders.- This post will support the planning, execution and delivery of a calendar of key stakeholder engagement activity throughout the year, including exhibition Private Views, new Gallery openings and Remembrance events.
- It will also assist with visits from stakeholders to IWM branches, including government Ministers, MPs, foreign Heads of State and government representatives, Ambassadors and other VIPs.
- It will conduct political monitoring (on a local and national scale) and horizon-scanning to identify risks and opportunities for IWM.

Key duties
- You will be expected to work independently as well as across different teams in order to contribute to and deliver the priorities of IWM - using your knowledge, skills, talent and potential to the best of your ability.
- You will focus at all times on delivering excellent customer service, ensure value for money at all times while being professional, courteous and demonstrating the behaviours and attributes expected of all IWM employees. You will also adhere to all corporate standards, and use corporate systems as directed to ensure consistency of service, brand and operational standards.
- You will be expected to work across departments effectively, working with individuals, partners and where appropriate volunteers.- Interviews for this position will be held on Monday 9th January.
