**The Opportunity**

Our Coach Enablement team sits at the intersection of our Learning Team that builds out extraordinary product, and our coaching team that works directly with apprentices. We enable the team of coaches to deliver the highest quality learning product through building tools, trainings and resources. Enabling coaches starts with a rigorous and robust onboarding experience.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile programme from design to delivery. You’ll be working closely with leaders and stakeholders in the Coach Enablement Team and the Delivery Team to assess the readiness of new coaches, gatekeeping quality so we can be confident that our customers receive the absolute best experience.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Design and deliver best-in-class onboarding curriculum for new coaches across Multiverse’s digital, data, and technical programs
- Create high-quality asynchronous learning materials using the softwares such as Articulate, iMovie, LMS or LXP systems
- Embed Multiverse’s applied learning approach, coach competencies and leading indicators of success in all of our content
- You’ll be working on a Global Team and therefore will oversee some global initiatives
- Regularly use data, both qualitative and quantitative, as well as your experience to feedback on programme priorities and developmental areas to the team
- Manage complex stakeholder interactions and represent the Academy and Coach Enablement both internally and externally where required
- Lead the feedback process on key data points to Delivery Leaders that help us to determine a new coach’s readiness to launch a cohort
- Work with our Operations Associate to ensure the logistics of the programme run smoothly
- Bring your curiosity and deep knowledge of learning and learning technology to ensure that Multiverse is at the forefront of trends in highly effective learning

**About you**:

- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a commercial environment. Additional experience within a school environment is a bonus.
- Have a track record of excellence and impact
- You’re superb at designing rigorous and engaging content but can also facilitate it to an exceptional standard
- You’re a quick learner and adapt quickly to new technologies, you’ll have worked with LMS’s and learning design platforms such as Articulate
- You are an expert in your craft, and you can coach others in coaching and instructional best practices and frameworks
- You’re excellent at working with senior stakeholders and influencing without authority
- You’re an effective and persuasive communicator, and can confidently navigate difficult conversations with peers and senior stakeholders with both clarity and warmth
- You’ve got a strong operational skillset, and are highly effective at managing and reporting against priorities in collaboration with a cross-functional and distributed team
- You’re attention to detail is impeccable and you always ensure that every deliverable it to the highest of standards
- You have worked in a high-growth business, and you have demonstrated effective leadership in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
