Join us as an Onboarding Lead
- Join us as an Onboarding Lead for Tyl and Payit by NatWest to interrogate the bank’s systems to provide effective and proactive credit management information
- You’ll be providing in-depth analysis and evaluation of credit data, examining trends, identifying potential risks and escalating as required

**What you'll do**:
As an Onboarding Lead, you’ll be producing and analysing credit data, producing reports and commentary, as well as leading a team. You’ll also be collating and making recommendations on appeals from the front line.

You’ll be overseeing provisions monitoring, including collaborating with centres of excellence, making sure that provision booking is completed in a timely manner and provision monitoring reports for use in the wider bank are provided.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Supporting the wider team in the daily management of relationships with line of defence teams
- Escalating issues in line with the governance framework and producing committee papers
- Managing the relationship with the Data Analytical team
- Training others in the use of relevant systems
- Liaising with third parties

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with a detailed understanding of credit stewardship policies and dashboards, paired with an understanding of the regulatory environment as it relates to merchant acquiring activity, including AML and CDD.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Strategic thinking to define team vision, strategy and business cases for future transformation
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to take risks intelligently
- Confidence in translating information to meet the needs of different audiences
- The ability to collaborate and influence at all levels across business area and the wider organisation to achieve business objectives
- Experience of working in a growing and fast-paced business
