Due to the continued success and international growth of the Firm, we are looking for a senior professional to lead our Onboarding team.
This senior role offers the challenge of leading and overseeing all aspects of client and matter onboarding in the Firm, escalation of conflicts issues and compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and sanctions.
Leading in conflict checking, escalation, client onboarding, CDD, anti-money laundering checks, risk assessments, and sanctions checks.
Managing the teams responsible for Conflicts and Financial Crime.
Leading system and process enhancement projects.
Extensive experience in leading teams at a major UK or international law firm, specifically handling conflicts, financial crime, sanctions, and risk assessments.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks.
Strong character, resilience, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
This role requires understanding of, and strong relationship building with, Partners and stakeholders outside of the UK. If you're a visionary risk and compliance leader passionate about delivering exceptional service and setting strategic direction, we'd love to hear from you. your areas of knowledge and expertise You will have significant experience gained working at a major UK or international law firm, specifically in leading teams handling issues related to conflicts, financial crime and sanctions and undertaking client and matter financial risk assessments.

An in-depth understanding of the regulatory regime applicable to international law firms is essential, with experience working outside of the UK being an advantage

Ability to meet to deadlines, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure
