Head of Onboarding | London, UK (Hybrid)
We’re working with a prominent financial institution, specialising in the security and management of defined benefit pension funds. At the core of their mission is the commitment to delivering pensions reliably and securely to policyholders.

In this newly created appointment, as Head of Onboarding, you will be responsible for leading the bulk purchase annuity onboarding team, which will include coordinating the team as it provides analysis, planning and implementation support for the onboarding of bulk purchase annuity schemes.

Cultivating relationships and establishing communication channels with Business Units regarding the pipeline of schemes and potential schemes.
Conducting scheme viability assessments, ensuring alignment across all Business Units.
Overseeing the production of Implementation Run Books for large and complex schemes.
Project Management experience.
Participating in the annual performance-related bonus plan
