**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Executive Assistant in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with on boarding new customers/clients and liaising with existing tenants, vendors and landlords
- Maintaining a large database ensuring it is accurate and up to date
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Provide assistance with account reconciliation
- Assist with the organisation of company events and exhibitions
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and booking venues for internal and external meetings
- Manage the ordering of office equipment and consumables
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team
**Essentials we are looking for**
- General experience with cloud-based accounting software
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Stuff we’d love, but isn’t essential...**
- Experience with account reconciliation
- Knowledge of VAT and tax regulations
- Prior experience in property management is a plus but not required
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- A level of travel will be required.
