Part-time Administration Assistant

Join a local, family run, independent ironmongery and building supply team. With a warehouse and retail shop/showroom serving the trade and public.
Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Match supplier invoices to their delivery notes, post invoices onto the company accounts system
- To produce and send customer invoices on a regular basis throughout the month, produce and send customer statements at month end
- Assist in maintaining office organization and tidiness
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and computerized systems
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
To carry out any reasonable request made by colleagues and members of the management.

Pay: £6.40-£11.50 per hour
