Central Reservations Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservations Manager. As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservation process and ensuring exceptional guest service. This is a key role in our hotels, and we are looking for someone with strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations
- Ensure accuracy of reservation information and communicate any changes or updates to relevant departments
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor room availability and make recommendations for maximizing occupancy
- Train and supervise reservation staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and generate reports
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using hotel management software or reservation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
