**Position Overview**: Working closely with the MD the role is to assist with the effective execution of the administration and data entry for the organisation. Working as part of the office team this role covers a variety of different tasks. Experience using Xero is preferred but not essential as training will be given. A solid background and understanding of numbers are required as customer and supplier remittance is a key part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Key Tasks**:

- **Management accounts via Xero**
- Credit and debtor account

Ø Suppliers

Ø Customer orders

Ø VAT

Ø PAYE
- Bank account
- **Letting Rental Control**
- Overview of letting admin process including rent arrears
- Payment remittance for all rental transfer
- Payment transfer for all deposit payments
- Processing of all transaction via our Xero/ Arthur software.
- **Assist with Purchasing Process and Control**
- Manage data entry accuracy for order entry
- Assist with the integration of the Bridal and Highland systems to current Mgt system.
- Manage supplier accounts due
- Petty cash and store purchase control
- Manage all intercompany billing and payments
- **Assist with Payroll notification**
- Working hours and holiday entitlement
- Staff Rota and holiday planning

Ø Create and manage a staff rota

Ø Create and holiday planner and manage staff holidays to ensure no impact on business function

Ø Ensure staff only use holiday entitlement and give effective notice for holidays Documents required.
- Payroll

Ø Compile payroll by company

Ø Pay staff and PAYE.

Ø Assist with the creation of the company Pension scheme.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £13,005.00-£17,340.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
