**Job Title: Operations Assistant**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing office activities and operations
- Taking incoming calls from customers, suppliers and partners concerning time sensitive deliveries
- Making, tracking and managing bookings
- Assisting to manage large distributions
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out admin tasks using spreadsheets and in-house management systems
- Maintain an organised office environment**Qualifications**:

- Excellent keyboard, telephone and communiaction skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail in all aspects of administration
- Previous experience in a busy office or call centre
- Skilful in computerised tasks and data entry
- Ability to use initiative and have a 'can-do' attitude**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
