**Friday - Monday shifts available over the weekend up to 25 hours per week**

**£20,319 pro rata**

To succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service to our customers. In addition, to providing exemplary customer service, you will have previous experience dealing with challenging conversations, while maintaining a professional and adaptable communication style.

At Davies, we value transferable skills and qualities that focus on what you can bring to the role. While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us. #INDHP

Although this position is working from home, you must be in commutable distance to our Colchester office as you will be required to attend the first few weeks of day time training in the office before you can work from home.

**Accountabilities**:

- Reviewing policies to correctly determine how to move forward with their claim
- Reviewing data to set up new claims, appointing contractors
- Composing informative letters and other written correspondence to policyholders
- Ensuring claims are updated with any changes on internal system.
- Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
- Managing and reviewing diaries in a timely manner
