REED Colchester are absolutely delighted to be recruiting for a **TEMPORARY Role** expected to last between **6 - 8 weeks**at a fabulous business based in central **Colchester** to start **ASAP.**

**Hours Of Work**:36 hours a week typical office hours

**Hybrid remote with the ability to work two days a week from home **(They are also happy for you to work full time in the office if you instead want)

**The Role:**

To provide a confidential and high-quality PA service to high standing member of the business and to contribute to the work of the wider office team. An important element of the job is to provide cover for other members of the office team when required toensure that the office runs smoothly.

**The main duties of the post**:

- Facilitating the efficient use of the time through sensitive and proactive diary management, in conjunction with a bring-forward system.
- Supporting the members as necessary, in the effective management of their day to-day workload. Anticipating information and other requirements, ensuring these are sourced, are fit for purpose, and provided well in advance of meetings and events.
- Organising complex meetings for a range of stakeholders, often with heavy commitments, including resolving diary conflicts and negotiating and persuading others to accommodate meetings (physical and/or virtual).
- Taking informal notes and recording actions at ad-hoc meetings
- Arranging travel within the UK and abroad, preparing/providing appropriate information, travel documentation and itineraries.
- Supporting in driving forward areas of work by monitoring and tracking progress on actions against deadlines. This includes undertaking both routine day to day monitoring and ad hoc tasks such as information gathering and data analysis.
