We are looking for an enthusiastic Therapy Assistants to join our friendly community teams in West Kent.

The Community Rehabilitation Teams are made up of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, therapy assistants and apprentices who deliver personalised rehabilitation care plans to patients in their own homes. We always strive to achieve the best outcomes for the individuals we treat, to ensure they achieve their full potential and the greatest level of functional independence possible.

The post is full time (37.5 hours) with part time and flexible working arrangements considered.

Our Therapy Assistants work under the guidance of our qualified therapists, but will also need to be able complete visits independently. You will need to have excellent communication skills to support and motivate patients to participate in their rehabilitation programmes
- Support the qualified therapists to deliver high quality care to patients in their own homes.
- To be competent in the use of IT systems to document patient care
- To be able to follow treatment plans and monitor change in patient condition.
- Equipment provision and ordering
- Liaison with wider MDT

**Additional Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday
