**Job Description**:
Position: Part time Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Gloucester
**Salary**: £24,000 per annum (depending on experience) pro rata
Hours: Part time - up to 30 hours per week either over 3 or 5 days
A full, clean driving licence would be an advantage.
Site Based role.
Benefits include: Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) company pension, support with work related courses, uniform can be provided if preferred. The company closes at Christmas (so you will need to take 3 days out of your holiday).
The Company
Successful, growing and supportive construction firm has an opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer based at their Central Gloucester site. This is a permanent role which requires a strong customer service background.
The Role
Key duties include:
- Being the main point of contact for residents and will manage queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments are confirmed for access for the works to be carried out
- Building relationships and engaging with the residents at all times to ensure that their voice is heard, and also supporting them whilst refurbishment works are being carried out and completed in their homes
- Arranging all correspondence including letters, notice boards, coffee mornings, supporting with Social Value, organising competitions for residents
The Person
- Previous experience as a Resident or Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Service on site experience would be ideal
- Resilience and wanting to go the extra mile for customers are both key
- Competent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A caring and empathetic approach with strong problem solving skills and ability to manage your own workload. Happy to work independently.
