**About the role**:
As the Head of PMO at FintechOS, you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) and overseeing the Service Delivery structure, ensuring the implementation of project management best practices throughout the organization.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide **strategic direction and leadership for the PMO**, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain **project governance frameworks, processes, and standards** to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.
- Oversee the management of the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with key stakeholders**, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
- Allocate **resources effectively to support project delivery**, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement.
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to **monitor project progress**, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and **mitigate project risks,** ensuring that potential issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Continuously **evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies** to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead **change management initiatives** to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor and **develop the PMO team members**, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent understanding and expertise in software deployment, integration & transformation project management.
- Proven expertise in creating and deploying customer engagement frameworks to manage multi-regional, multi-customer program portfolios.
- Proven expertise in integrating customer service & support management into multi-year transformation programs that span across multiple streams with different timelines.
- Previous P&L management and accountability at the software & services operations departmental level, including optimizing resource allocation, bench management & subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and project portfolios in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
