The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an Administrator, to join a well-established successful, growing team in the Maidstone area. Within this Administrator role you will provide internal administration support to the Employee Benefits,HR and Payrolls teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Open and distribute post in the mornings, franking and bagging post at the end of the day for drop off at the post box.
- Scan and allocate Account Support and Account Management post by date order
- Ensure CLA is regularly updated and data is accurate
- Data entry uploads for new group clients
- Internal system updates when required
- Checking Daily Diary, chasing insurers for outstanding BACS payment updating actions, closing or pushing them forward.
- Downloading Bupa and Vitality invoices and renewal terms
- Request membership listings from Insurers - utilising insurer portals where possible
- Complete pre renewal audits of all renewing groups across the employee benefit portfolio - Health, Risk & Wellness products.
- Liaise with the Account Support team to highlight discrepancies
- Printing Payroll Payslips
- Loading AOL documents, actioning and closing deletion tasks;
- Pension uploads to Pension websites
- Administrator genereal suties

**Experience required**:

- Experience working within an Administration/Admionistrator role
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Full UK driving licence
