The ideal Mortgage Administrator will;
- Have strong processing and administrative experience from a financial background, ideally with experience in Mortgages Administration.
- Work well as an individual and as part of a team
- Be flexible to work with the business in an efficient manner
- Have excellent telephone manners and communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Adhere to company procedures and industry regulation
- Be passionate about helping people
- Ideally worked with Microsoft Teams
- Technology friendly

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Using different software systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Processing and updating paperwork on to the CRM system
- Providing processing & caseload support to the Mortgage brokers and directors.
- The Mortgage Administrator will ensure timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries
- Inputting, updating and maintaining data
- Producing written correspondence and documents using standard formats
- Managing the diary system to monitor cases and progress chase as appropriate
