Support Worker

**Role: Support Worker**
**Wage: £10 per hour. £10.50 per hour for any overtime**
**Contract: Full time, Permanent**
**Shift pattern: varied over a seven-day rota and would include some weekends and bank holidays.**
About yourself:

- You'll have some experience or basic understanding of Autism
- You should be a great listener, carer, and patient.
- Preferably, you'll have a driving licence.

What the job includes:

- You'll be supervising social activities on and off the sites.
- You'll learn to understand the importance of their daily plans and use this to manage their needs.
- You will support individuals to develop and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
- You will provide a warm, homely, secure environment that's appropriate for our service user's needs.
