Impactive Care Ltd is looking for Support Worker to join our well-trained and friendly team.

You will be working within Residential Homes throughout the region but close enough to you. There are various shifts and working patterns available to suit your needs in Highbridge.

Key tasks:

- read and understand the service user's individualised person centred Support Plans and Risk Assessments
- Support servise users to express their feelings, ideas and opinions through there chosen communication methods are where appropriate to support the service user develop their communication
- Support service users day to day living tasks identified within their person centred support plans, to maximise their independence with activities such as:

- Preparing meals.
- Domestic tasks.
- Exploration of interest and hobbies
- Shopping
- Accessing the local community and health services
- Social interaction

Encourage and enable service users to make day to day choices:
**Requirements**:

- the right to work in UK:

- minimum of 3 months in Healthcare environment
- ability to provide quality services to Clients/ Service Users
- good written and verbal communication
- positive helpful attitude
- available to work frequent on going shifts
- excellent time keeping, punctuality
- medication training
- driving licence is preferred but not essential

Experience: 3 months (preferred)
