**It’s a great time to join our friendly team of Support Workers at Brent Knoll**
We have set up a new team filled with people who have a passion to help the people we support achieve their goals. We will help them gain vital skills to enable them to build for their future in Supported Living services within the Community.
Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there.
**These roles are for full and part time hours**
**Your working pattern **will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include alternate weekends and bank holidays.
**It is preferable that you hold a driving licence but not essential**
**The role includes**:
- Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
- Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults
