**We are looking for Senior Support Workers to join our friendly team at our New transitional service**

We have set up a new team filled with people who have a passion to help the people we support achieve their goals. We will help them gain vital skills to enable them to build for their future in Supported Living services within the Community.

**This is a full time role - working 37 hours a week. **Your working pattern **will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include some weekends and bank holidays.

**The role includes**:

- Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into the community
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
- Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults
- Play a supporting role in the development and maintenance of excellent relations with people we support and their relatives and advocates.

**You will have** a working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills. You should be able demonstrate how you are able to lead and motivate a team to reach agreed outcomes and uphold the values of the organisation.

You should have a relevant Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards within a given time period. You must be willing to work flexibly.

**To protect our autistic adults, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.**
