**What You'll Do**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare materials and take minutes as necessary for executives - using judgment to prioritize meetings and committing their time for appointments and meetings based on an in-depth understanding of their priorities and needs;
- Creating agendas and coordinating internal and external meetings with clients/stakeholders/Investors, as well as planning, implementing, coordinating, and setting cadence for frequent business meetings, company meetings, offsite events, and other events;
- Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation;
- Manage expense reports and process invoices;
- Conduct research, prepare reports and presentations as requested;
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives;
- Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information;
- Coordinate and plan offsite events, and other events;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.

**What You'll Need**:

- You bring significant experience in PA/Executive Assistant roles;
- You have a track record of assisting C-level managers with high-level inquiries and demands;
- You are able to manage change and multiple deadlines day-to-day;
- Your competency in effectively prioritizing and structuring workload will make you successful in this role;
- You are a well organized, self-starter with a positive approach;
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent;
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
