Challenge trg Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Stock Controller/Inventory Coordinator to join our Clients team at our Pontypool location. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts efficiently and safely.
- Demonstrate excellent numeracy skills to accurately track and manage inventory.
- Utilise your ICT proficiency and previous experience with an inventory system/ERP system, particularly Microsoft Excel, to manage inventory records effectively.
- Follow the inventory pathway to identify, categorise, and investigate inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the purchasing team and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience in stocktaking and inventory cycle counting would be advantageous.

Skills/Experience Required:

- Valid Forklift licence for Counterbalance and Reach forklifts.
- Excellent numeracy skills to handle inventory calculations and data.
- Proficiency in using ICT tools, including experience with inventory systems/ERP systems. Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
- Ability to follow inventory processes and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Previous experience in stocktaking and inventory cycle counting is desirable.

Rates of Pay:

- Starting rate: £11.71 ph

Start Date: ASAP
