**About The Role**:

Join our team as a Recruitment Assistant and play a vital role in our high-volume recruitment, recruitment approximately 100 temporary staff annually to work on our Bell Young Learner courses.

You will gain valuable experience in the fast-moving and exciting sector of international education and see the results of your work in action changing the lives of young people. This role would suit someone who has some previous in an HR or recruitment related role or is looking to move into HR/recruitment, or someone who has worked for a recruitment agency looking to develop their career in house in recruitment and HR. It would also suit an administrator who is used to dealing with high volumes of work and has well developed communication skills.

Main responsibilities include:
**Interviews**: Assisting in the coordination of online video interviews and supporting with conducting interviews

**Offers and contracts**: Sending out offers and contracts to successful applicants

**Pre-employment processing**: Processing a high volume of pre-employment documents, including references, right to work checks and DBS checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness

**Other**: Supporting out small but very busy department with other requirements, such as operations admin, as necessary.

**About You**:
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, project admin or related field would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to management multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and able to take initiative
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Desirable Requirements
- Interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and/or HR
- Experience of carrying out HR pre-employment checks (e.g. right to work checks, references and DBS checks etc.)
- Interviewing experience
