We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing talented professionals in Special Needs Schools across East Anglia. Our mission is to support schools in providing the best education and care for students with special needs by connecting them with dedicated and skilled staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for roles in Special Needs Schools.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Assist with the coordination of interviews and follow-up processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly Special Needs Schools, is a plus.
